    There is always something to do, somewhere to be, or someone to see. 

    When was the last time you made an effort to slow down? How long has it been since you had peace and quiet? That long huh? It is imperative that we take the time to focus on slowing down our busy lives and finding our calm. Achieving Peace even with a hectic, never ending schedule. We’ve compiled a few different posts about ways to Find Calm in Chaos. 

    For the month of August 2018, PAUSE;  focused on helping others find Calm in Chaos. Life is busy and sometimes its hard to find a moment of peace and quiet. All the more reason to find it. We talked about the benefits of relaxation, meditation, prayer, and spiritual connection.
